2. Use of Website

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

3. No Carrier Services Provided

We are not a motor carrier and do not take possession of cargo. All transportation is performed by independent third-party carriers.

4. Estimates, Quotes & Bookings

Any quote or estimate provided on or through this Website:

  • Is subject to carrier availability

  • Is non-binding until confirmed in writing

  • May be adjusted for accessorial charges, fuel surcharges, and market conditions

Bookings are subject to our separate Broker-Shipper Terms & Conditions provided at the time of shipment.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • New customers must pay prior to shipment dispatch

  • Pre-approved business accounts may receive Net 30 payment terms

We reserve the right to withhold future services for unpaid balances and charge interest or fees as permitted by law.

All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.

6. Account Registration

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login

  • You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of changes

  • We may suspend or terminate inactive or fraudulent accounts

7. Intellectual Property
